The Role

You will be a Regulatory Solicitor with experience of acting for regulatory bodies, primarily in the healthcare sector, you will be based in South West London.

This team is by comparison to others, one of the largest in the country. They are seeking a Solicitor to join their practice and grow and develop the practice both locally and nationally.

You will be responsible for a caseload containing alleged claims of a registrant's ability to practice is reduced by misconduct, health issues or competence issues.

Your work will be varied and challenging, and you will cover everything from large-scale fraud or multi-patient clinical failings to inappropriate personal behaviour.

You will have paralegal support and will benefit from the opportunity for internal progression.

The Requirements

• You will be a Regulatory Solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE
• You will have a good degree of commercial awareness
• Your salary is competitive and will be based on your level of experience
