The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyer into their flourishing Bristol city centre office.

The firm has one of the largest and most highly ranked restructuring and insolvency teams in the market, they have won numerous awards in recent years. This award-winning team, top tier department has been growing in recent years.

You would be exposed to all aspects of financial restructuring and special situations, including financial restructuring (acting for debtors and creditors), formal insolvency and schemes of arrangement and distressed investing (including loan sales and acquisitions as well as business acquisitions and work-outs). A lot of their mandates are cross-border.

The variety of caseload will make for an interesting role.

Requirements

• You will be a Restructuring and Insolvency Lawyer with 1-5 years PQE (although there's no real upper limit and the firm will consider applications at all levels)
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your background and level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package
