Property Litigation Solicitor

An opportunity has arisen at a successful, high street practice based in Haringey for their Property/Litigation role. Applications are invited from experienced Solicitors who can succeed when working as part of a team and also demonstrate a high degree of autonomy where required. Salary is upwards of £35,000 with a comprehensive benefits package.

The role is predominantly focussed on the firms litigation matters, mainly focussing on Property litigation such as housing disrepair, repossession and landlord & tenant work however, you will also be required to undertake some commercial and civil litigation as required. The firm have an established client base, so there is work to be picked up from day one but as the firm looks to grow, there is also ample opportunity to progress for the right candidate, with Partnership on the cards within a couple of years.

The firm have been hugely successful in recent years and have a strong presence in the local community. The firm are now looking to take on a solicitor to handle a varied caseload of litigation matters with the view of stepping in to a Senior/Partner role in the near future. The ideal candidate will be coming from another successful high street practice, looking for an opportunity to fast-track your career or from a regional firm, looking for more responsibility and a work/life balance.
