A fantastic opportunity to develop further and benefit from working closely with two established partners at this well known regional firm.

A very well established firm with senior management who have been guiding the development and growth for several decades to where they are today. Having recently opened at a further new site they continue to provide a full service to private and commercial clients alike delivering quality service and customer satisfaction for which they have been rightly recognised for time and time again.

The commercial litigation team are seeking to appoint a junior solicitor to work alongside two firmly established partners. You will be expected to take charge of your own caseload which will predominantly consist of property litigation matters but may also include general commercial disputes such as commercial contracts, licence agreements, supply and distribution agreements, consumer law, partnership and shareholder disputes, data protection and protection of commercial reputations as your caseload builds over time. The team are ideally seeking an enthusiastic qualified solicitor / legal executive with between 0-3yrs PQE and responsibilities and caseload along with support and training will be provided in line with your own development needs and expertise.

The size of team is ideal for any developing solicitor as there will always be good support on hand and you will have ample opportunity to develop your skills, This will include managing and negotiating the settlement of claims, engaging an meeting with clients providing advice on whether and how to proceed as well as advocacy in the courts and ans instructing counsel.
