Senior Legal Advisor

Your new company
Our client are a household name who have been operating for over 100 years. They are currently seeking two Senior Legal Advisors, one on a fixed term contract and the other on a permanent basis.

Your new role
Joining a busy and specialist team, you will provide legal advice and assistance to customers over the phone, advising on various areas of law, focusing on property and employment. Reporting to the team operations manager, you will receive support from the technical lead, to ensure high levels of service and achieve business objectives. You will also have the opportunity to liaise with external business partners and suppliers, whilst managing your own customers through relevant case management systems.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have a law degree and a post graduate qualification, with experience in a customer facing environment or call centre, possessing the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers. You will demonstrate expertise in providing advice in various areas of law, with a focus on property and employment, therefore previous experience in these areas is essential.
