The Role

This is a multi-faceted role. You'll balance your days providing expert legal advice to customers/clients as well as having responsibility of a Legal Assistant. You will also provide strategic direction and advisory on land strategy for the company, all based in the flourishing office in High Wycombe.

This role will be based in the heart of High Wycombe.

You will deal with a broad range of people and varied matters.

Responsibilities

• You will be a qualified Solicitor or ILEX with at least 3 years PQE
• You will have some experience of managing regulatory/audit requirements
• Have a passion for commitment to the client's corporate social purpose
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience in Commercial/Residential property in a Private Practise firm or pub sector body
