A boutique legal firm with a strong international presence, rich history dating back to circa 1700s, located in a prestigious area of Central London are seeking a 7 - 12 Year PQE Solicitor to join their highly regarded Dispute Resolution team.

There is an excellent and broad range of quality commercial work across a wide range of sectors to include high value international disputes, real estate disputes, insolvency, professional negligence, contentious probate, employment disputes and health and safety prosecutions.

The firm pride themselves covering a broad range of industry sectors, always using their accomplishments and ambitions for the future. They see the commercial benefits for clients in partnering with them for the long term and therefore, work closely with them on their business and the creation of future business plans. They involve themselves early to helps clients avoid many of the pitfalls which are prevalent in today's competitive marketplace.

Coupling legal creativity with a practical commercial approach enabling them to assist clients in creating the right environment within which their business can flourish. Wealth planning is a particular skill within the firm.

They also have strong skills within corporate structuring, company sales and acquisitions, intellectual property, and employment, valuable for growing clientele in high-tech and e-commerce businesses.

You will become an integral part of the team right away and will enjoy a lot of direct client contact with key clients of the firm as well as contribute to building the department further by getting actively involved in the business development activities.
