Job Details
Having recently launched in Cardiff, our client has an exciting new opportunity for a Company/Commercial Solicitor in Central Cardiff. Reporting to the practice head and working alongside a senior solicitor you will take care of all the legal aspects included in the sale or purchase of businesses, drafting and advising on all manner of commercial contracts,.
The role would suit a Qualified Solicitor with at least 1-2 years PQE. You should have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, be highly analytical with a strong attention to detail and have strong negotiation skills.
