Commercial litigation paralegal

Your new role

Your new role will be in the commercial litigation team. You will get involved in property litigation, probate litigation and IP litigation work. You will be responsible for small and fast track cases of your own, which will be contested debt recovery cases.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed, you will need a minimum of 6 months' litigation experience. Ideally, you will have experience in commercial litigation, however personal injury candidates (with strong academics) will also be considered. You will preferably have completed the LPC, however candidates with strong experience as listed above without the LPC will also be considered.
