CQS accredited firm in Leicestershire seeks a dynamic Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.

Joining our client’s highly regarded practice located on outskirts of Leicester, the successful applicant will manage a rewarding caseload of residential conveyancing matters.

• Residential sales and purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Transfers of equity
• Shared ownerships
• Leasehold properties
• Help to buy
• First time buyers
• New builds
• Liaising with clients and other professionals involved in property transactions

The Candidate
• Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of one year’s experience
• Experience in residential conveyancing is essential for this role
• Able to explain complex matters in clear, accessible language
• Highly organised and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrate a flair for business development
