Health & Social Care Solicitor/Barrister - 3+ PQE - Leeds

Health and Social care lawyer is required by top 70, commercial firm in Leeds.

The team advise a range of clients including health organisations, social care organisations, commissioners and providers, and health institutions.

This is a very unique role as you will be able to pick up a very varied and complex caseload which includes court of protection, inquests, mental health matters, judicial review, GDPR and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have experience in court of protection, mental capacity and inquests law. The firm appreciates, however, that very few candidates will have experience in all these areas, so a solid understanding of at least one sector will be sufficient. Excellent training and support will be offered to overcome any knowledge gap.

This would make a very exciting role for a barrister looking for the security of guranteed work or a solicitor keen to expand their legal skill set.
