This firm based in Cheltenham is looking for an ambitious Corporate Partner looking to establish their career. You will find a quality of work, normally only associated with Top City and West End practices. The Role

The team advises on Corporate work around technology and other high growth industries and completes Corporate transactional work for M&A, financing, joint ventures, governance & banking. Also, they have developed specialist expertise in biotechnology and notably the law applicable to gene therapies. Much of their work is mid-market with deal values ranging from £1m to £500m+.

You will not have extensive KPI's and targets at this firm and will be fully autonomous, although it will have a support structure for Solicitors just starting their legal career. The firm is happy to offer flexibly between your home, the office and 'on the road'.
The clients are of high quality and often international, and you will work alongside other expert leaders in your field.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Corporate Partner 7+ years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of PQE)
• You should be dedicated to build a strong client base and continue business development throughout your time at the firm.
• To be a business person (commercially minded) as well as a technical Solicitor
