This regional firm provide first class legal services to businesses and individuals throughout the UK. They are known for their expertise in several specialist areas and have experienced rapid growth in recent years.

Due to this expansion, an exciting opportunity has come up for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Portishead. You will run a full residential caseload which will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new build and HTM with minimal supervision. You will take on an existing caseload in addition to expanding their network and gaining further business.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licenced Conveyancer, ideally with at least 1 PQE. You will be self-motivated but also a team player, and be comfortable managing a matter from end to end.
