They have a rare opportunity in their Bath office for a competent Company Secretary to provide an all-encompassing Company Secretarial service, with specific responsibility to the organisation, as a whole, for its sound governance.
Your new role
This is a newly created role and you will support the board and committee members by providing them with guidance and will challenge them where appropriate to enable them to effectively fulfil their duties. Within this role you will work with stakeholders at all levels; it would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast paced, varied working environment and who is keen to develop new practices and processes.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be ICSA qualified and/or a qualified Solicitor with equivalent experience. It is essential that you have substantial experience working as a company secretary, ideally within the financial services sector. You will be comfortable working in an autonomous role and must have experience of minute taking.
