2+ PQE Corporate Solicitor – Cardiff 

This is a rare and attractive opportunity for a 2+ PQE solicitor to join a growing and well established Corporate team.

You will be involved with all specialist corporate expertise including public and private companies, entrepreneurs, SMEs, owner managed businesses, and professional practices on all aspects of corporate, corporate finance, and commercial law.

The main areas you will cover are:

• Corporate Governance;
• Corporate Tax;
• Family Investment Companies;
• Joint Ventures;
• LLPs;
• Partnerships;
• Mergers and Acquisitions;
• Pensions;
• Private Equity;
• Public Company Takeovers;
• Public Markets; and
• Reorganisations.
