We are keen to speak with experienced Solicitors and Legal Executives in addition to ambitious graduates with an interest in a career in the legal industry.

Based in a purpose built location within a convenient Cardiff location, available on site and local parking is available, and the modern office is within easy reach for abundant public transport links.

Candidates with experience of managing teams of residential conveyancers, through all levels from experienced to trainee staff are encoraged to apply, as are candidates from trainee/graduate level upwards.

Actions of the role include:

- Handling a caseload of sale and purchase files of residential property
- Assisting colleagues with their work
- Processing legal documents
- Managing a team of trainee conveyancers (for managerial roles only)
- Earning a generous bonus in line with completions

Those not legally trained and at less skilled levels will be able to take advantage of an industry recognised training scheme, fully paid by your new employer.
