Job Details
One of our reputable clients are looking for a Motor Team Leader to offer their support to a busy NDA Motor Team in their office located in Bolton. The firm are market leading within the insurance sector and are well-known for their excellent services to their important clients.
The Role
Your role will be broad and will include tasks such as:
- Plan and allocate workload across the team
- Identify and implement development schemes
- Manage Client finances and FE/FEA costs
- Act as a first point of contact for client complaints
- Deliver own partial caseload
- Get involved in the recruitment and selection processes
The successful Motor Team Leader will:
- Be experienced in all stages of litigation processes of high value motor claims
- Previously worked as a Team Leader
