Job Details
The firm has a fantastic reputation in the market and is ranked top tier for their corporate commercial offering. They have an outstanding client base of both local and national clients including owner managed businesses, SME's and larger corporates, including household names.
The Corporate Commercial Solicitor will manage their own caseload, advising clients on M&A activity, management transactions, business restructuring, commercial contracts, agreements and finance matters, as well as participate in the marketing and business development of the department.
The successful candidate will have at least 6 years' PQE gained at a strong commercial law firm. Those with a client following would be of particular interest but it is not essential as there is plenty of work already to pick up on.
