A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a reputable regional firm based in County Durham.
Our client has an excellent reputation across County Durham and has been established for over a century. They are well known for the good quality service they provide and the results they produce for their client.
With this role, the successful candidate will get to work alongside a highly skilled Partner and therefore will be able to learn quickly and be highly supported.
Joining a smaller firm naturally you will form part of a close knit department and have the opportunity to handle a very broad range of Commercial Property matters. This will allow you to really develop your skills in this practice area and succeed. This role would suit someone who sees a long term career in this field and is looking to be exposed to a broad range of matters.
The firm is ideally looking to recruit a Solicitor who has around 2 years PQE, however they will happily consider NQ candidates who are happy to grow in the role but have had exposure to the right experience such as perhaps a 6 months seat in commercial property.
