Top Tier Legal 500 Firm
A Top Tier Legal 500 Firm are looking to expand their NFU National Panel recognised Commercial and Agricultural Property Team in the Bishop's Stortford area. We are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join their growing team.
As a Commercial Property Solicitor joining this firm, your role would include:
* Preparing leases, sub leases, lease extensions and renewals, surrenders, licences, notices and other landlord and tenant documentation and generally advising on landlord and tenant issues including 1954 Act notices.
* Advising on the acquisition and disposal of land (including agricultural land) and property including drafting contracts, lock out agreements, options and conditional contracts and overage agreements and general planning advice.
* Advising on refinancing and loan documentation (including loan facility arrangements for private lenders) and sales and leasebacks of commercial property.
* Advising on business asset sales and purchases (including liaising with employment team).
You will have experience managing your own caseload and looking to join a progressive firm where company culture, personal development and growth are at a premium.
You will be joining a progressive Commercial and Agricultural Property Team with 8 partners and 13 lawyers, that is constantly recommended by a number of nationally recognised land agents, as well as the NFU and CLA.
