A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a successful and well-regarded department in their offices in Derbyshire. Our client is very well established in the East Midlands area with numerous offices and an enviable client base that you will have complete access to. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be working in a small but supportive team, having access to a broad range of commercial property matters. You will ideally be able to hit the ground running with your own caseload covering a variety of Commercial Property matters including negotiating commercial leases, development agreements and dealing with commercial sale and purchase transactions.
Due to our client's enviable client base, you will be liaising confidently with clients from varied backgrounds but more importantly, will have close contact with them allowing you to really build and develop relationships.
Ideally, our client is looking to recruit someone who has 2 or more years' PQE, however, if your experience falls closely outside of this range then please don't hesitate to apply as the firm is more than happy to be fairly flexible with this requirement. You will have a keenness to really progress and develop your career.
