Moreover, most lawyers joining the firm will increase their earnings from the level received in a traditional/City private practice or in-house role.

Based in the heart of Bristol, with an office also in central London, the firm has a tight-knit, entrepreneurial team of senior lawyers with a background in the top tier of City and regional private practice.

The Role

They are seeking Private Client Solicitors with 4+ PQE looking for something different.

• It would be good for you to have an active caseload to bring with you, however, if you have a network of contacts /referers of work this could be an incredible option to take your earnings into your own hands.
• Depending on your situation, you may need to have some savings as a buffer in the early part, as soon as you have built up a few clients and have invoiced for your services you'll see the money come in and as long as you back yourself to win more business, you will see that this is the way forward!
• Compared with traditional private practices roles, where you'll be used to billing £100k+ for a year, being tied to your desk when really you don't need to be... in this model you would be working how, when and where you like, servicing your clients as they need. The rest of your time is free to use as you please and for instance if you billed £100k, you'd earn over £50,000 which is a lot less work for a lot more earnings than in a traditional private practice set up for that kind of output.
