The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a 1 - 5+ year PQE Dispute Resolution Associate / Commercial Litigation Associate to join their thriving and successful Guildford team.

The department has a track record for advising clients on complex and difficult disputes and have over the years acted on many of the largest cases in the courts and tribunals. They handle all aspects of commercial litigation and are highly respected among their peers.

The clients are of high quality and often international, and you will work alongside other expert leaders in your field.

Requirements

• You will be a Dispute Resolution Associate OR Commercial Litigation Associate with 1 - 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit for PQE, so this move would suit a Senior Associate or Partner seeking a lateral move)
• You will engage in business development for the firm as well as work alongside an existing caseload of reputable, quality clients.
• You will provide commercial and legal guidance when necessary to clients
• You will have excellent communication skills
