The Role

This Legal 500 firm is seeking to recruit a Property Litigation Senior Associate / Partner into their Exeter, Devon office.

The litigation department is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow.

The Property Litigation Solicitor will work with the Partners to drive the department forwards. They support their clients out of their national and international offices.

The department is currently looking to grow as they are very busy.

Requirements

• You will be a Property Litigation Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit in regards to experience)
• You will have technical knowledge
• Experience of managing a team is of advantage but not necessarily essential
• Excellent communication skills are essential
