A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor is wanted for the ultimate new challenge, a unique South Yorkshire based opportunity with a forward thinking and dynamic Legal 500 law firm. Applications are invited from technically strong, qualified Licensed Conveyancers looking for a new challenge and lots of variety in their next role. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits including 25 days holiday. Part time considered.

An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals.

The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches. Flexibility is key to this role as some travel between the South Yorkshire office network is anticipated; the successful candidate will provide out of office cover at all levels across the business including Equity Partner and Department Head.

The successful candidate will possess at least 5 years experience gained in a busy high street, regional or volume conveyancing environment and possess the confidence to hit the ground running, managing all types of conveyancing transaction through to exchange of contracts.
