Job Details
A mid sized multiple office firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join the Residential Conveyancing Team in Tamworth.
The Role:
� Handling secretarial duties such as Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Conveyancing team
� Audio Typing using a digital dictation system.
� Diary Management.
� Answering the telephone.
� File opening/closing.
� Filing and general administrative duties.
� Reception cover.
� Any other duties as reasonably requested.
Requirements:
The successful Conveyancing Legal Secretary will possess proven secretarial and administrative skills with the ability to liaise with clients both in person and by telephone.
It would be advantageous if you have a strong background in residential conveyancing, knowledge of online Land Registry Knowledge of Stamp Duty procedures and experience of conveyancing search portals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary with at least 2 years experience within legal secretarial work to join an award winning firm with a good reputation in the area and somewhere to forge a long career.
Benefits:
Salary £18,000 - £21,000
