£28,000 - £40,000 DOE

My client is looking for an experienced solicitor, FCilex or licensed conveyancer to join the team at their Leatherhead office.

The caseload is mostly residential conveyancing from established contacts and clients and you will be taking over from a current conveyancer who is moving on for personal reasons. They are looking to expand the office in the short term and there will be opportunities to develop the practice. There is enough work there for a dedicated conveyancer but if you wish to cover other areas of work as well they would be pleased to talk to you.

Salary will initially be within the aforementioned range but you will be expected to move onto the bonus system within a year which can lead to higher rewards.
They do not set targets for staff and aim to provide a quality, personalised service to clients at a reasonable price rather than volume conveyancing. You will be expecting to work with a minimum of supervision and develop good working relationships with local professionals as well as clients.
