Civil Liberties Solicitor – 3 – 5 years pqe

Tuckers Solicitors is a thriving firm ranked in both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500. We are seeking to recruit a 3-5 years PQE solicitor to join our Civil liberties & Human Rights Department.  

The work will be challenging, varied and rewarding. You must be able to work under pressure with minimal supervision, be highly organised with excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will be flexible and self-motivated, and able to demonstrate a commitment to upholding the rights of individuals. The role involves working both independently and as part of a team.

The ideal candidate should have previous legal experience of one or more of the following areas: actions against the state, inquests, and public law.  A demonstrable track record in either being able to make connections with clients and other organisations to attract new work is desirable, as is a proven ability to turn good quality work into fee income.

Salary - £35k - £50k depending on experience and demonstrable ability to generate commensurate fee income
