An award-winning practice in central Brighton is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

About the Role
The Property Litigation Solicitor will join this busy department and manage a varied caseload of the following disputes:

-        Landlord & tenant issues
-        Neighbour and boundary disputes
-        Service charge disputes
-        Tenancy matters

You will also be dealing with non-contentious matters such as enfranchisement and drafting tenancy documentation.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal Property Litigation Lawyer is likely to have:

-        1-3 years’ PQE
-        Strong background and training in a fast-paced litigation department
-        The ability to manage a wide-ranging property litigation caseload with minimal supervision
-        Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
-        Strong interpersonal skills
-        The desire to further grow your expertise within the sector
