Insolvency Solicitor - 3+ PQE

A well regarded multi office law firm based in the South of England are currently looking to add an additional Insolvency Solicitor with at least 3 years post qualification experience to the expanding Dispute Resolution department. As part of the Insolvency team, the team handles a mixture of both corporate insolvency and personal insolvency cases both contentious and non-contentious matters as well as some general commercial litigation matters.

As an Insolvency Solicitor you will be responsible for assisting a client base of insolvency practitioners with pre appointment issues and appointment process, dealing with court applications under the insolvency act. You will also be responsible for advising Directors of troubled companies and creditors with all matters related to insolvency.

To be considered for this role our client is looking for a Solicitors who is at least 3+ years PQE ideally with prior insolvency experience. However due to the nature of the work and department, candidates with good experience in commercial dispute resolution who have an interest in insolvency and restructuring will be considered.
