The Role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a fantastic team. This will be managing an existing caseload as well as engage in business development to expand the practice area.

The Commercial Property Solicitor team sits within the Real Estate department, and this role concentrates on a commercial property matters, as well as some small-scale residential property issues as well.

The role comes with prospects for progression and the chance to become an established Solicitor in a small friendly practice.

This role comes with excellent prospects for the right Commercial Property Solicitor to make their name in the wider Berkshire market.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit on the amount of experience)
• You will be used to dealing with your marketing & business development
• Experience of working within a Commercial Property Solicitor is a must
• You should have a good billings history and should be a dynamic individual
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus excellent benefits.
