Salary £16,000 - £20,000 (Dependant on experience)

We are seeking a Legal Assistant to join the Residential Conveyancing team of a successful specialist solicitors based in Ormskirk.

You will be working in a small team of Conveyancers/Fee Earners. You will be responsible for directly supporting the Conveyancing process in several areas and taking responsibility for many of the key Conveyancing tasks. You will be expected to operate autonomously on many tasks ensuring all key milestones are hit and reported.

The successful candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role and must be a motivated, professional individual with strong communications skills as you will be liaising with clients, other teams as well as Estate Agents involved in the process.
