Head of Property - Bournemouth
Established law firm with offices on the Dorset Coast is seeking to recruit a senior Property Lawyer that has experience of working with a varied caseload.
The role will involve overseeing the residential conveyancing team, providing support and supervision where necessary. Alongside this you will be dealing within commercial property work including; acquisition & disposal and lease matters. There is also chance to develop the property team further through business development and marketing activity.
Ideally, you will be an experienced Solicitor or FILEx with the ability to manage a team and solid expereince dealing with a mixture of residential and commercial property transactions with autonomy. Must have previous business development skills.
Competitive salary on offer with a route to Partnership for the right person.
