Job Details
This North West London practice is just a stone's throw from the city and is seeking a housing/social care solicitor to join their prestigious department. You will have considerable experience in this field acting for tenants with a particular focus on representing vulnerable adults and the elderly.
Typical matters will include possession, disrepair, ASB, injunctions, homelessness and appeals.
As a guide we are inviting applications from:
- Solicitors, legal executives and barristers with 1 or more years' PQE
- Candidates from other good housing/social care law firms
- Those with recent and relevant housing and social care experience, this can include community care, public law and/or welfare benefits
- It will also be an advantage if you have the Legal Aid supervisor status.
