This firm is seeking a Residential Property Lawyer to join their flourishing office located in Maidstone, Kent.

The Role

In this role, you will be undertaking Conveyancing caseloads varying in net-worth and complexity. As a result, no day will be the same. You will be working alongside incredibly approachable, but also commercially minded solicitors who share a wealth of legal knowledge.

Examples of caseloads includes leasehold/freehold, remortgaging arraignments, transfer of equity shared ownership and lease extensions. In this role, you will be taking advance of a fantastic platform of which the firm can offer.

The role is ideal for a dynamic, and ambitious solicitor who is looking for broad caseload exposure within a genuinely pleasant working environment.

Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (There is no upper limit with regards to PQE)
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required
• A meticulous eye for detail is essential
• You will have a strong emphasis on client care
• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent - scaling benefits package
