The Role

The firm are looking to hire an experienced Employment Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate into their Bury St Edmunds office.

You will work alongside the experienced team on a range of Employment matters. The firm are undergoing expansion, so they are looking for someone to bring their drive and ambition to the team.

The caseload will be a mix of contentious and non-contentious work, but you can be expected to cover a range of matters including: drafting and advising on Employee handbooks, Redundancies, Restrictive Covenants, Discrimination and Dismissals, TUPE and Business transfers.

This team have a wealth of experience working with a varied client base, representing employers. The firm are entrepreneurial and so are looking for determined individuals to join the team who have a strong work ethic. Requirements

• You will be an experienced Employment Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate with 3 PQE + (There is no upper end on PQE)
• You will have an excellent technical knowledge for a range of matters
• You will be ambitious and highly motivated by the work that you do
