My client is a specialist national conveyancing firm with offices throughout the UK. They offer a quality and competitive package to their clients and their successful business model has experienced substantial year on year growth. They are looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer based inhouse in Redditch to handle a busy caseload of conveyancing matters.

Due to ongoing success, they are looking to expand their offering and are looking for a qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancer or conveyancer to join their successful team. The successful applicant will manage a caseload of around 70 files which includes freehold and leasehold transactions which includes new build, unregistered and shared ownership properties.
