Are you currently handling your own caseload of Fast Track Litigated RTA cases and would like to get involved with more complex, higher value cases? If so, then this role can provide you with just that…
My client are legal market-leaders when it comes to successfully litigating cases whether that be fast track or multi track. The team consists of professional litigators who encourage the very best of everyone. They are currently preparing for the impending reforms and so in this RTA Litigation Executive role you will be dealing with a mix of non-portal (and a few portal) cases of Fast Track RTAs to move on to getting involved with more complex and multi-track files.
To be successful in this RTA Litigation Executive role, you should come from a Claimant background with strong litigation experience in handling your own caseload of such matters.
