THE ROLE
For a specialist aviation finance lawyer to join the finance practice group in the London office.
ABOUT YOU
With at least 3pqe of aviation finance experience you will focus on sale and leasebacks, financing, refinancing, sales, purchases, lease agreements, novations, supply and maintenance services, private equity and restructurings and sale and leasebacks.
You will be acting for airlines, aircraft operating lessors, engine manufacturers and financial institutions on complex domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions involving both commercial and business aircraft, aero engines and components.
Clients vary from airlines/flag carriers to leasing companies to financial institutions/lenders.
Specific work will include transaction and document management, complex drafting, client management, and negotiation of transaction documentation.
