The firm is looking for an Employment Solicitor, 2 - 5 years PQE, to work in the Guildford office, Surrey.
The firms Department is highly ranked in the Legal 500 and Chambers as a leading team. They have multiple Lawyers regarded as leaders in their field and handle quality of work which is traditionally only seen in London. The cross referral network means that their Lawyers all have a broad range of experience and handle an interesting caseload.
The incoming Lawyer will be expected to handle a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious matters, including but not limited to; employment tribunals, whistleblowing, TUPE, and discrimination. The incoming Lawyer should also have some experience or an interested, In Pensions and Immigration (in relation to employment advice).
* You will be an Employment Solicitor with at least two years PQE.
* You will ideally come from a highly regarded Regional Firm or a firm in the City or West End. It is a good option for someone who wants to handle quality work but finds the commute into London difficult.
* You will have a strong Billings History.
* In relation to the firm's culture, you will be positive, approachable, and ambitious.
* Salary is well above the market rate.
