RTA Fee Earner
Liverpool
£23,000 - £25,000 plus benefits
The RTA Fee Earner will have responsibility for and progress an RTA Fast Track litigated caseload providing high levels of service delivery and be able to run files with minimal supervision.
Duties for the successful RTA Fee Earner;
To manage & progress a litigated caseload of Fast Track cases to conclusion
You will understand and apply appropriate knowledge to complete files
To draft all court documentation to a high standard
Research solutions to problems/issues on cases to develop your own technical knowledge
Have knowledge of and work cases in line with client SLA's for the files within your responsibility
Prioritise and organise your work efficiently and effectively to ensure all tasks are completed to specified deadlines.
Achieve a high standard of financial and overall file performance as identified through KPI's for the firm
Complete all MI requirements on cases
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement
To undertake all training and development identified as necessary for your role
Conduct yourself in line with the firm's behaviours framework at all times

You will have previous experience of running a Litigated Caseload to conclusion, be commercially aware, be an excellent communicator at all levels and be a strong negotiator.
