Construction Solicitor - Cambridge

A national commercial firm with ambitious growth plans are looking to add to their construction team with the recruitment of a solicitor to their team.
The successful candidate will be joining an existing small team in the Cambridge office, but forming part of the firms overall larger construction team, dealing with a mix of contentious and non contentious construction matters including drafting and negotiating construction related, contracts, advising in contractual disputes/adjudications as well as undertaking due diligence on construction projects such as residential and commercial developments.
The team in Cambridge has gone from strength to strength in recent years and has been able to build up its reputation in the area and really cement itself as a big player in the market. The quality of work it is able to attract and that you would be working on is top end and will involve high value and high profile non contentious work and disputes.
Due to the size of the team you will have plenty of close contact with clients allowing you the chance to develop a name for yourself in this specialist area.
