A great opportunity has risen in the midlands for a junior to mid-level Costs Negotiator, to develop their career with an ever-expanding national specialist practice

With an appetite for success our client has built their long-standing reputation based on recommendation and by continuing to develop on in-depth understanding of costs negotiation across medical negligence and personal injury. They are able to offer 5-star service to clients and have expanded year on year.

The role on offer is sitting within the Law Costs department, if successful you should anticipate managing your own case load of costs challenges, matters including dealing with solicitors' files across a range of disciplines to include Clinical Negligence / commercial matters. You will be expected to negotiate on ideally portal and non-portal costs matters.

As well as operating on behalf of international law firms the firm have secured further work contracts stimulating further growth. An ideal time to join a firm with a quality reputation that will provide first class support.
