A smart, commercially minded Employment Law Solicitor is wanted for a fantastic lead opportunity with a highly regarded, Huddersfield based firm of Solicitors. A multi-award winning West Yorkshire law firm my client delivers a full legal service to business and the individual across a number of personal and commercial practice areas.

The successful Employment Law Solicitor will head a small but perfectly formed team managing a challenging and rewarding caseload of matters for a varied regional business client base. Day to day you will deliver succinct and commercially minded advice on contentious and non-contentious elements of an Employment Law caseload employment tribunal claims, settlement agreements/compromise agreements, contracts, handbooks, restrictive covenants/anti-competitive behaviour, family matters, absence management, disciplinary matters, grievances, redundancy or restructure and TUPE. There will also be an opportunity to develop and guide less experienced members of the team and build out client relationships with regular seminars and employment law updates.

Candidates should possess at least 4 years Employment Law experience managing a majority respondent caseload on behalf of commerce and industry.
