The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Senior Associate with 5 + PQE for their St Albans, Hertfordshire office.

The Commercial Property department deals with a very broad range of work, making for a much more interesting role. You will deal with SME right up to multinational companies, with an ever-growing amount of London based work. You will join a friendly and professional team dealing with; Acquisition and Disposals, Commercial Leases, Landlord & tenant, and Development.

You will also handle some light Residential Conveyancing.

The Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least three years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
• You will have broad Commercial Property experience
• You will work well as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills are essential
• Salary is over market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus a very lucrative bonus structure.
