Job Details

Our client is a well know recognisable brand looking for a Commercial Lawyer to join their highly regarded in-house legal team. This is a 10 month fixed term contract and will be based at the company HQ in Bury St Edmunds. They would be looking for candidates who are able to start in the next 2 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating on a wide range of commercial contracts for the supply and / or sale of goods or services agreements including contracts relating (but not limited to) advertising, marketing and promotions
  • Intellectual Property matters such as assisting with maintaining group trademark registrations, including advice on general trademark queries, infringement and protection issues
  • Assisting with and advising on all other Corporate projects and Company Secretarial matters relating to Group companies
  • Providing general legal assistance to the business

Our client envisages that candidates with 3+ years PQE plus will have the relevant skills / knowledge for this position, however this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant experience.
