Property Solicitor - Brighton £40000 - £50000

One of Brighton's firmly established firms, serving the local community for well over a century providing advice to private individuals, companies, schools, charities, churches, trusts and educational establishments. They take a traditional approach to client care with a great deal of focus on service and meeting expectations.

This successful property team offers a high quality high-end service covering both commercial and residential matters often with high net worth clientele and complex residential transactional matters.

The team are seeking an experienced Property Solicitor (5 yrs PQE + ideally) with a breadth of expertise and experience in dealing with a broad range of transactional property work covering ideally both commercial and high end residential work or at least the ability to manage both types of work.

Ongoing work will cover Landlord and Tenant, Lease management (licences and deeds variation), renewal, variations, Tenant Default and Dispute Resolution. Residential matters will cover Freehold, Conveyancing, Sales and Purchase, Lease Extensions and Dispute Resolution.
