Senior conveyancer

We currently have an opportunity for an senior conveyancer to join our team on a full or part time basis.

Hugh James Involegal specialises in volume legal outsource solutions. We are a fast paced and growing business within the property services group of Hugh James, Top 100 UK law firm, employing nearly 700 staff in Cardiff and London.

We have a wealth of experience in handling volume remortgage and ancillary property services for major UK lenders.

This role will involve handling a complex residential conveyancing caseload to include; staircasing, complex titles, leases and supporting the remortgage function

The successful candidate will be an experienced conveyancer who can demonstrate practical experience and knowledge of the above processes. They will have excellent team work, client care and IT skills.
