TSR Legal Recruitment have been exclusively contacted to work with a multi-location legal 500 law firm in their search for a Partner to join their new office in Cardiff the end of 2019.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collegiate and supportive environment. The successful candidate can expect a varied workload across the full spectrum of employment law matters including Employment Tribunal and High Court claims.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years PQE, although there is flexibility on this for candidates who demonstrate the relevant experience. A can-do attitude and willingness to be involved in the full range of work undertaken by the firm, including corporate support, which is a key responsibility of this role.
Demonstrable experience of employment tribunal proceedings on behalf of Respondents and senior individuals from beginning to end.
Experience of corporate support including M&A
A good billing and client care record
Exceptional drafting skills in both contentious and non-contentious work.
Willingness to guide and supervise colleagues
