A very well regarded Legal 500 listed practice based in Walsall is yet again expanding its highly rated Private Client Team and so is keen to appoint an additional Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to deal with a varied caseload of private client matters which will include some exposure to high net worth tax and trusts matters.

The firm is one of the most established practices in the locality and has served the surrounding community for generations meaning that the practice is held in extremely high esteem within the borough. The Private Client Team is well regarded nationally with its members being ranked in both the Legal 500 and Chambers as being leaders in the sector.

The Private Client Team comprises two partners, five solicitors and legal executives and it also has a strong support team. The practice is now keen to speak to a qualified private client practitioner with anything from NQ level right to around 4 years' PQE who has experience of handling their own caseload of high calibre private client matters. In addition to handling your own caseload, you will also provide assistance to senior members of the team on HNW tax and trusts matters with the idea being that as you develop your technical skills you will gradually start to handle more complex matters, so this role will afford you a number of progression and development opportunities to enable you to become a well-rounded private client practitioner. On a day to day basis you will handle a broad portfolio of wills, estates and trusts and estate administration matters in addition to having the opportunity to get involved with some business development.

The firm is offering a very competitive salary along with a fantastic benefits package which includes a holiday allowance of 26 days in addition to the office closing over the Christmas period. There is access to a bonus scheme and the office is centrally located meaning that it is within walking distance of a host of amenities.
